Wondering About God?

As we walk through life's journey, we often find ourselves asking key questions. Questions like "How did we get here?" or "Why am I here?"and "Where am I going?" Now sure, the answers to these questions aren't always clear.? But we'd like to suggest to you that there are answers to these questions and those answers are found in the Word of God...
To begin, the Bible tells us that we were made by God (Acts 17:24-25). In addition,it tells us that God knows us(Psalm 139:1-4) and that He has a plan for our lives (Jeremiah 29:11).? And lastly, it tells us that God loves us (Romans 5:8).? He loves us so much that He was willing to send His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins (John 3:16-17).
Now knowing all that, one might say "God would never accept me with all the wrong that I've done." But that's the awesome thing about God; no matter what you've done, how bad it was, or how long you've been doing it,He is willing to forgive you of it all right now(1 John 1:9). No, you may not be all that God wants you to be now, but no one is. This is because God is constantly making us and molding us into the person he wants us to be.
So, would you like peace with God?? Would you like to accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior? If so, Romans 10:9-10 (NIV)?states: "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." So, simply say this prayer:
Dear God,
I know that I have done wrong. I need your forgiveness. I want to be the person that you created me to be. I believe that you sent your son Jesus to die on a cross and pay the penalty for the many things I have done.? I also believe that he rose from the grave for my justification and will one day come back for me.
Today, I renounce my life of sin and I ask that you, Jesus, come into my heart and be Lord and Savior over my life. Fill me with your Holy Spirit so that I may be kept.
I declare today that I am saved, delivered, and set free! In Jesus Name', Amen!
